To help with the set-up process, it would pay to have a Skype account if you do not already have one. If you do not have a Skype account, go to www.Skype.com and set up a free account. It is also important that you have a microphone to utilize Skype. I would recommend that you set up the Skype name to reflect your practice and use a password that you are comfortable with your staff knowing.

Non-Dicom images can be seen for interpretation however often manipulation of these images is somewhat compromised due to compression ratios used by some non-DICOM picture formats.

Yes it is possible to send video clips.  The video clips should not be longer than 10 seconds.

The standard method by which reports are delivered is by a client nominated email address.
